In the St-Lazare and Hudson areas, our Taichi, Qigong, and Kung Fu courses run year-round, except on select holidays. You're welcome to join our classes at any point. We offer a complimentary trial class for you to experience before making a decision. Our facilities are equipped with professional exercise halls for your enjoyment. Taichi is suitable for all ages in this setting.
